Our sweaters are lovingly handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and precision. We ship to the United States and Canada from our studio.

Order Processing: 

Each sweater is crafted in 1-3 days, depending on design complexity. Total processing time, including packaging, is 3-6 business days.

Shipping Times:

  * Standard Shipping to the U.S. and Canada: 10-24 business days after processing.

  * Expedited Shipping to the U.S. and Canada: 7-14 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs: 

Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 to the U.S. and Canada.

 

Customs Fees: 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking: 

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Undelivered packages are held at the destination post office for up to 30 days.
