- We offer shipping within Ukraine and worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond, to bring our premium sweaters to you.
- Please provide an accurate shipping address, as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
Shipping Costs
- Ukraine: Free shipping via Nova Poshta on orders over $75. Costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping (Ukrposhta): Free on orders over $75. Costs calculated at checkout for orders under $75.
- Express Shipping (Ukrposhta Express): $10–$15, depending on the country.
- Premium Shipping (DHL): $40–$50, depending on the country.
Delivery Timelines
- Ukraine: 2–5 business days via Nova Poshta.
- USA and Canada: Up to 24 business days via Ukrposhta (standard).
- Australia and New Zealand: At least 30 business days via Ukrposhta (standard).
- Europe: 7–14 business days via Ukrposhta (standard).
- Other International (Ukrposhta Standard): 10–21 business days, depending on destination.
- International Express (Ukrposhta Express): Up to 20 business days, depending on the country.
- International Premium (DHL): 7–14 business days, depending on the country.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order

- Track your order on the carrier’s website (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or DHL) or contact us for assistance.
